These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ku9bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses any service offered through the ku9bet platform at ku9bet.bio. ku9bet operates as an offshore online casino and sports betting platform serving adult players in Bangladesh and other eligible jurisdictions.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ku9bet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

During registration or at any subsequent point, ku9bet may request identity verification documents including but not limited to: a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or recent utility bill. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

ku9bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels may be introduced or removed at ku9bet's discretion; current supported methods are always listed in the Cashier section of your account.

ku9bet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is communicated. In the absence of specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku9bet platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in further legal action:

• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or funds to another account to facilitate the transfer of value outside normal gameplay.

• Abuse of staff: Using threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language toward ku9bet support staff or other players.

ku9bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which an account may be suspended or closed include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. An inactivity fee may apply to dormant accounts as notified in the Cashier section.
• Player request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. In all other circumstances, ku9bet will make reasonable efforts to return the verified account balance to the player through their registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku9bet's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ku9bet shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data or business opportunity; (c) indirect, special, or consequential losses; or (d) any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform. ku9bet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Gambling inherently involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited, and you accept that risk voluntarily.

ku9bet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help players maintain control. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration. ku9bet does not submit to the jurisdiction of any specific national court system. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have that cannot be excluded or restricted by agreement.

These Terms, and any dispute arising under them, shall be construed and governed as an offshore commercial arrangement. Players acknowledge that ku9bet operates outside the regulatory framework of the Government of Bangladesh and that no recourse to Bangladeshi gaming regulatory authorities is available.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

ku9bet uses your data to verify your identity, process transactions, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, personalise your experience, and communicate service-related updates. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
